Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-During his official visit to Somalia, Djibouti’s National Assembly President, Dileita Mohamed Dileita, met with Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Somali Senate President Abdi Hashi Abdillahi in a series of engagements focused on reinforcing the close ties between the two nations.
In a symbolic gesture of friendship and solidarity, Dileita also delivered a speech at a session of the Somali Parliament, underscoring Djibouti's commitment to supporting Somalia's stability and development.
At the meeting with President Mohamud, Dileita highlighted the longstanding bonds between Djibouti and Somalia, reaffirming Djibouti's dedication to regional cooperation and peace. Both leaders discussed initiatives for mutual development and emphasized the importance of unity in addressing regional challenges.
