EAC Secretary General and President Salva Kiir Push for Regional Integration and Security

Juba, South Sudan(Mogadishu24)–EAC Secretary General Veronica Nduva met with South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir Mayardit, Chairperson of the Summit of EAC Heads of State, to discuss key regional issues Friday.

Their talks focused on the upcoming EAC Ordinary Summit, preparations for EAC@25 celebrations, a comprehensive review of the EAC Treaty, and the establishment of a regional peace and security forum.
