HANQADH Battalion of Jubaland Concludes Training Program

The HANQADH Battalion, part of the Jubaland Intelligence and Security Agency, has officially completed an advanced military training course at the Jubaland Intelligence Training School. This newly formed unit is specifically designed for special operations and is expected to play a significant role in the fight against the Khawarij (extremist) groups.

HANQADH is a specialized battalion trained in gathering intelligence, conducting covert investigations, and executing precision strikes against enemy targets. Security officials report that the unit has already had a noticeable impact on the frontlines, particularly in areas where Jubaland forces are actively countering militant threats.

The Jubaland government stated that the unit is part of a broader strategy to strengthen the region's security. Military leadership emphasized that additional units similar to HANQADH will continue to be trained and deployed.
