Ankara(Mogadishu24)-Acting Minster and State Minister for foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia, Ali Mohamed Omar on Sunday revealed that the two countries' relations reached new levels of profound partnership.
The Minister's comment comes a week after the two countries signed maritime security and and economic agreement.
“The 10-year agreement will help develop the Somali Navy’s capacity to enhance maritime security, protect resources, and combat international terrorism, external threats, and illegal and unregulated activities in Somalia’s territorial waters”, President Hassan said at the time.
