Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Appeal Court of Benadir has on Wednesday sentenced Sayid Ali Moalim after finding him of murdering his pregnant wife, Luul Abdiaziz Mohamed in Dharkenlay district in the Somali capital Mogadishu on January 26, 2024.
The court completed the hearing sessions from new witnesses including doctors Sunday and then agreed to the decision of Benadir Regional Court which sentenced the murderer, Sayid Ali to death on March 6, 2024.
Chairperson of the Appeal Court of Benadir region, Said Ali Mohamed announced the judgment of the case, following their evidence gathering and investigation of homicide incident today.
