The Republic of Djibouti and the Sultanate of Oman have solidified their bilateral ties by signing a landmark aviation cooperation agreement. The accord, signed on Monday in Muscat, aims to enhance collaboration in the aviation sector, facilitating smoother passenger travel and cargo transport between the two nations.
The agreement was signed by Nayef bin Ali Al Abri, Chairman of Oman’s Civil Aviation Authority, and Diyauddin Saeed Ba’Makhramah, Djibouti’s non-resident ambassador to Oman.
"Today in Muscat, I signed an aviation cooperation agreement to reinforce ties in this critical sector. This marks a significant step in strengthening the relationship between our two nations," Ambassador Diyauddin shared on social media.
The government of Djibouti emphasized that the agreement is part of its broader vision to enhance global market connectivity and promote economic integration.
This partnership is expected to boost economic cooperation, expand trade opportunities, and streamline aviation services, benefiting passengers and businesses alike in both countries.
