Doha, 14 September 2025 – Djibouti’s President Ismail Omar Guelleh arrived in Doha, Qatar, on Sunday night to attend an emergency summit organized by the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
The two-day summit, convened at Qatar’s request following an Israeli attack on its territory on September 9, will focus on regional security and Israel’s military actions in the Middle East.

The Summit follows the Arab Ministers Meeting which ended on Sunday in Doha.
