Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamza Abdi Barre on Tuesday appointed Kamuludin Hassan Farah Gutale as new Permanent Secretary of his office, following the resignation of former PS, Mohamed Abukar Subeyr a day before.
Abdirisak Ali Ibrahim was appointed to be deputy Permanent Secretary while Mahad Mohamed Omar was named as chief of the protocol of the office of the Prime Minister according to a brief statement from Prime Minister's office.
