Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-The manager of the Somali national football team, Rachid Lousteque, held a press conference on Sunday to announce the list of the selected Somali players ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
These 35 athletes were selected from both within and outside the country based on Rachid Lousteque’s assessment of their performance at club level in recent months.

The manager stated that the Somali national team will travel to Morocco for friendly matches as part of their preparations for the upcoming match against Algeria.
