Somalia airlifts victims of SYL Hotel terrorist attack to Turkey for treatment

Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-The Federal Government of Somalia on Sunday airlifted about 20 victims who were injured in the terrorist suicide car bomb attack and siege at Hotel SYL Friday to Turkey for further treatment.

Turkish Government sent military aircraft to Mogadishu this morning and deployed the victims with severe injuries including members of the Federal Parliament and other officials to Turkey for treatment according to the officials.

President Hassan Sh. Mohamud escorted them at the Mogadishu Airport.
